Formed in 1997, Texas Water Management (TWM) is an independently owned and operated Limited Liability Company (LLC). TWM provides top quality liquid waste transportation services to large corporate-owned gas retailers, other major corporations that require liquified waste services, and to environmental and consulting firms engaged in various civil engineering projects to fulfill state and federal liquid waste environmental requirements. Since inception, TWM has increasingly grown to become a leader in the waste water removal business thanks to its professionalism, consistency and an exceptional ability to manage a wide-variety of projects.

TWM's entire crew is well versed in UST system water removal both from sumps and tanks. I don't ever recall having to send a fuel tech along to open anything for them. They are also skilled in removing water from annular spaces. They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
